What is this creature? I saw it while riding in the Sebastopol Apple Blossom Parade with my dad (in his 1957 Chevy).

In case you haven't flown on Virgin America lately (or at all), I'm sharing their most recent safety video. It's super fun and worth watching! The safety portion of the flight is usually so boring and I really like when the airlines make the effort to entertain.

January 24, 2014 (Land Formations from the Air)

Flying quite a bit has been part of my life for the past couple of years. I rarely get the window because either Allyson or Anika wants to sit there, but when I do, I love looking at the land formation designs. I am fascinated by the shapes, rivers, mountains, trees, etc. It's so cool to see from the air what you don't even think about when on the ground. On my last flight I took a couple of photos and am sharing them here, they're from my phone, so not great, but still fun!

And just one pic I took in the plane to show how pretty the pink and purple lighting is, I love it! Virgin America, in case you're wondering. Virgin America is one of my favorite airlines and I wish I were booked with them more often, but since I don't choose my airlines, I just appreciate when I see their name on my confirmation. This was a flight from LA to San Francisco.
